作戰 第二

孫子 曰 ： 凡 用兵 之 法 ， 馳車 千 駟 ， 革車 千 乘 ， 帶 甲 十萬 ， 千 里 饋 糧 。 則 內外 之 費 ， 賓客 之 用 ， 膠 漆 之 材 ， 車甲 之 奉 ， 日 費 千 金 ， 然後 十萬 之 師 舉 矣 。

其 用戰 也 ， 貴 勝 ， 久 則 鈍兵 挫 銳 ， 攻城 則 力 屈 ， 久 暴 師 則 國用 不足 。 夫 鈍 兵 挫 銳 ， 屈 力 殫 貨 ， 則 諸侯 乘 其 弊 而 起 ， 雖 有 智者 ， 不能 善 其 後 矣 。 故 兵 聞 拙 速 ， 未 睹 巧 之 久 也 。 夫 兵 久 而 國 利 者 ， 未 之 有 也 。 故 不盡 知 用兵 之 害 者 ， 則 不能 盡 知 用兵 之 利 也 。

善 用 兵 者 ， 役 不再 籍 ， 糧 不三 載 ， 取 用 於 國 ， 因 糧 於 敵 ， 故 軍食 可 足 也 。 國 之 貧 於 師 者 遠 輸 ， 遠 輸 則 百姓 貧 ； 近於 師 者 貴 賣 ， 貴 賣 則 百姓 竭 ， 財 竭 則 急於 丘 役 。 力 屈 財 殫 ， 中原 內 虛 於 家 ， 百姓 之 費 ， 十 去 其 七 ； 公家 之 費 ， 破 軍 罷 馬 ， 甲胄 矢 弩 ， 戟 楯 矛 櫓 ， 丘 牛 大 車 ， 十 去 其 六 。

故 智 將 務 食 於 敵 ， 食 敵 一 鍾 ， 當 吾 二十 鍾 ； 萁 稈 一 石 ， 當 吾 二十 石 。 故 殺敵 者 ， 怒 也 ； 取 敵 之 利 者 ， 貨 也 。 故 車 戰 ， 得 車 十 乘 以上 ， 賞 其 先 得 者 ， 而 更 其 旌旗 。 車 雜 而 乘 之 ， 卒 善 而 養 之 ， 是 謂 勝 敵 而 益 強 。

故 兵 貴 勝 ， 不 貴 久 。 故 知 兵 之 將 ， 民 之 司命 。 國家 安危 之 主 也 。
