Now that you've prepared yourself to enter a more resourceful level of awareness by the standard procedure of three two one, I'll guide you to focus your mind into the state of relaxed alertness we call the accelerative learning state. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale close your eyes. Think of the physical relaxation signal. That's right. The number three and the word relaxed. And as you feel that wave of relaxation flowing from the top part of your head down to the soles of your feet, you know you are the master of your relaxation. You've trained yourself to relax quickly and easily. You can allow that wave to flow down through your body several times if need be. You are in charge. Beginning to feel a lighter sense, a freer richer sense of well-being as all of the parts of you can participate in this relaxing experience. A pleasurable feeling of drifting along to the sound of the voice and the waves of relaxation help you. Just floating along, relaxing in an easy way. Take another deep breath in. And as you exhale, mentally repeat your mental relaxation signal, the number two and the word relax. Immediately feel your awareness focusing in the here and now, letting go of the past and the future to focus in this moment in time. Your mind is quiet and at peace. Feel your awareness expanding into this present moment. Exhale and relax more. Let go. As you inhale, inhale peace and tranquility. So with each breath you breathe you attune yourself more to this perfect level of relaxed awareness with ease. The distractions of the past and unimportant sounds actually trigger a deeper sense of relaxation and focus within you.
