- What are LingQs?
- As you study lessons on LingQ, you look up and save new words and phrases. We call this process creating LingQs. Your LingQs limit tells you how many LingQs you can add to your account.

- 1 on 1-konversation (15 minuter) = 500 poäng ($5*).
- 4 on 1 gruppdiskussion (1 timme) = 500 poäng. ($5*)
- Skrivningskorrigering (100 ord) = 333 poäng ($3,33*).
- Har poängen något sista-datum?
- Ja, oanvända poäng går ut efter 90 dagar.
- Hur fungerar Poäng-rabatten?
- The undiscounted price of points is $20 for 1000 points. Paying accounts will get a discount of 50% and will pay $10 for 1000 points.
- Vad innebär det att man har en personlig lärare?
- All Plus and Premium members will receive help and guidance from a Personal Tutor. All active Plus and Premium members will also receive a monthly progress report.
- Hur upp-eller nergraderar jag?
- Once you are logged in, go to the Account page and select your new membership level. Changes to your account occur right away. You will be charged the fee for your new membership level on your next billing date.
- Hur avslutar jag mitt konto?
- Once you are logged in, go the Account page and click the "Cancel your account" link. Your account will be cancelled immediately and all your data will be deleted from our system. You will not be charged again.
- Hur kan jag betala om jag inte vill betala med kreditkort (Visa/MC)?
- We do also accept payment through PayPal which lets you pay directly from your bank account, or by debit card, check or credit card (MC, Visa, Amex, Diners). Sign up for a confirmed account at PayPal and then you will be able to sign up for a recurring membership or buy points on the Account page.
