The dentist looked at Leo's teeth and talked to him in Chinese.
Leo didn't understand.
They both shook their heads and smiled.
Then, the dentist found an online translator.
She put the questions in Chinese.
The computer changed them to English.
Then, Leo answered the questions in English.
The computer gave his answers in Chinese.
The two managed to talk to each other that way.
By the end of the visit, Leo got his teeth fixed.
