I'm joined by a very special guest. I'm
joined by Aliyah. How are we doing today,

asking. So today Aliyah and I are going to
be playing a little game. We are going
to be playing a game of guess the movie
from the emojis. We both have prepared
three movies for the other person to
guess. At first, we will send two emojis
to the other person and they will make
their first guess. If they guess
correctly on the first attempt, they get
two points. If they guess incorrectly,
we will send two more emojis. And if
they guess correctly on the second
attempt, they get one point. And if they
don't guess correctly in either attempt,
of course, they get a big fat zero.
» Sounds good.
» Do you understand the rules?
» I do. Yeah, I'm ready.
» Okay. Excellent. Would you like to send
the emojis first or should I?
» Sure. I'm ready to send um my first two
emojis. So,
um I'm about to set
» whenever you're ready.
» Okay. And I think this one is going to
be pretty easy. Hopefully, you've seen
this movie.
» So, we have an egg and a spaceship.
» That's right.
» Okay.
I want to say it's chicken little. But
of course, the egg referring to the
chicken and then the spaceship, the
thing that falls out of the sky and hits
him on the head. So, is chicken little
the correct answer?
» No, it's not. Although, I did not
consider that could be an option
for these two emojis.
» Okay. Uhhuh. I'm not sure if you're
aware, but I um I have a bad history on
movie games on this channel, so we're
not starting off strong, unfortunately.

Okay, so we have the emoji of a girl and
an alien. Yeah. And um I think the Apple
emoji um looks a little bit more clear.
It's uh it's actually an an astronaut, a
woman astronaut.
» Okay. A female astronaut.
» That's right.
» Now, there are lots of different movies
that I could think about here.
» Mhm.
» Um It's The Egg that is really throwing
me off. Mhm.
» Um, I'm not the biggest movie watcher.
With the female astronaut, a part of me
wants to say Interstellar,
but I don't think it is. I think you
might have picked a movie that's a
little bit older than this.
» Definitely. It's um, it is a few decades
old.
» Mhm. Okay. With the egg, I think I have
my answer.
» Okay. To rescue a point, I'm going to go
with the movie Alien.
» That's right. That's right. And the the
very
» You don't know the relief.
» Oh, thank God. Okay.
» I figured that, you know, the very last
emoji is an alien. So, if you just said
alien, you would have gotten it right.
But yes, I am thinking of a very
specific movie. I think it came out in
1979.
Um, and it, you know, stars Sigourney
Weaver. And what's distinctive about,
you know, that alien is is that or the
movie starts with a crashed spaceship
and they and the astronauts
um find these huge eggs inside and
that's what ends up hatching the alien,
right? So, the egg was definitely an
important clue.
Yeah, the egg is what did it for me. I
would have guessed Interstellar if you
hadn't put the egg there,

» So, I think it was a good choice from
you.
» Yeah.
» Nice. So, I will put my first emojis in
the chat for you. Now, we are starting
off, of course, with some of the easier
ones.
» Yeah, I definitely think I know what
this is. Um, so there's a a large ship
and an ice cube. Um, I think that the
ice cube represents uh glacier um and
that this is the Titanic.
» Well, Aliyah, congratulations as you have
raced into an early lead. It is in fact
the Titanic.
» Yep.
» So, congratulations.
» Excellent start from you.
» Thank you.
» Was there any doubts or any questions in
your head about the answer or was it a
bit too easy?
» There were there were no doubts. It was
it was super easy. Um the imagery of the
the Titanic is so clear to me. Um
» it's a classic movie as well. Um I am
curious what the other two emojis would
be though.
» H if you're interested, it was a love
heart and a painter.
» Okay. Yeah.
» For the famous famous line, "Paint me
like one of your French girls, Jack."
» Exactly. Yep. Thanks. Cool. Well, the
first one I started off easy, but don't
think you've won just yet because
they're going to get a lot harder. I
promise.

» Okay. I'm ready whenever you are for

and a flashing light.
» That's right.
» Okay.
Now,
I know that you are from California,
correct?
» That's right.
» So, I feel like I don't know a TV show
or a movie like Hawaii 5
would be something you're very used to.
But the problem is I only know of Hawaii
5 as a TV show. I don't know if they
have a movie. Um,
that's another tough one.
» Oh, yeah. You've done well there.
» Definitely. It's going to be clearer
with the additional emojis. Um
» Mhm.
» So, if you're ready for the next two, I
can go ahead and send them.
» No, I need I need to make a guess first.
» Sure. Um, oh, what it could be is an
island and then like an emergency light.
» Um, unfortunately I can't remember what
the film is called when Tom Hanks is
stranded on the island.
What's the name of the movie? Do you
remember?
» Um, that movie is called um,
shoot.
I don't remember. I don't remember.
» Okay. So, it isn't that one. If you
can't remember, it's not that movie.
» It's not that one.
» It's called Castway, by the way.
Castway.
» Just remembered. Castway.
» That's a good guess, though.
» Uhhuh. I think even though I know it's
incorrect, I'm going to go with Castaway
as my guess.
» Okay. You're you're on the right track,
but it's not Castaway, but you're on the
right track that there's an island and
there is an emergency on that island.
Okay, I'm ready for the next emojis when

» I think it will be clear after this.
» The dinosaur is what gives it away, of
course. Um, I'm guessing Jurassic Park.
» That's it.
» Okay. Another one where my heart
slightly dropped.
Okay. Um, excellent. So, that means I'm

building. It looks kind of like a Greek

building or something like that.

say about the boat is just like your one

» the boat is a yacht on the Apple ones.
It's not this small boat that you're
seeing. The boat is a yacht.

I am imagining a movie.
I am imagining something where like
people on a yacht are turned into wolves
because they
take pills. I don't know. I can't think
of a movie where anything like that has
happened. Um maybe it's just something I
haven't seen is what I'm thinking.

hadn't seen this movie. I would be even
more surprised if you've never heard of
this movie.

I guess maybe I could think about it

instead of what happens in the film.

Um,
the issue is I can't think of many
movies at all that feature a roller
skate.

» Um, unless it's just meant to be a skate
in general and the woman is an ice
skater.
But once again, I can't think of any
movies that have female ice skaters in,
so that doesn't particularly help me.
» The only one I know of is uh is like a
Disney Channel movie. I think it was
called like Ice Princess, but that's
definitely not uh the movie I picked.
» Mhm.
Um,
nope. I think unfortunately I am going
to have to skip my guess as well. Um,
there's nothing that comes to mind with
this one.

purple. Um, the one that will show um
the apple emoji is pink. And it's very
important that it's pink. So, pink
dress.

the it's the roller skate that is the
issue for me cuz pink dress blonde woman
I would lean towards something like
legally blonde or something like that
» but the truth is I've never seen Legally
Blonde unsurprisingly
so I don't know if that is a roller
skate or not. There might be. doesn't
seem like the kind of movie that would
have a roller skating scene. Um,
» Abby, that's my sister, by the way. If
you're watching this, I'm sorry. Um, I'm
going to go with Legally Blonde as my
guess.
» It's not a bad guess, but it's not
correct.
» Okay.
What is the movie PE? Please reveal the
answer to me.
» Okay. So, it is Barbie, the recent
Barbie movie.
» Mhm. Yeah. I've not seen it,
unsurprisingly. So,
» okay. Yeah. I was I was hoping that
» um you might have recognized the roller
skates because that was part of the
commercials and like promotion for the
film.
» Um kind of like this iconic uh
rollerblading scene. Um, so I thought
even if you hadn't seen the movie, you
might recognize that from the trailers
or something like that. Uh,
unfortunately it didn't work out, but
um, yeah, that was the attempt.
» Yeah, when I think back about the like
commercial and now you've said it, it
makes sense. I remember it. But yeah,
that was never going to come to my head,
unfortunately.
» So, you've already won, so
congratulations. But let's get in to my
final movie.
Let's see if the people watching back at

» Yes, this is Shark Tail.

» Wow, that was like really lucky. Um
because I remember Shark Tails Shark
Tail coming out probably not too long
after Finding Nemo because Finding Nemo
was so successful, right? Um what's
funny is I don't even remember there
being a whale or a lot of money involved
in that movie, but it's been years and
years since I've seen it. So, you're
going to have to watch it again then
because they're both very important.
