One day, I helped my grandma put some tomato plants in the ground.
One week went by.
I ran out to the garden, but there were no tomatoes yet.
I was so excited to eat the delicious tomatoes.
“When will the tomatoes be ready, Grandma?” I asked.
“Soon.”
Keep watering the plants.
“Tomatoes will come out when they are ready,” she said.
