Ya hacían dos horas que Rosa y Nacha estaban esperando para que le atendieran (tended to) a Rosa en la recepción del hospital. Enrique es un muchacho inteligente y en ese mismo momento se dio cuenta de que (realized) que esos (those) dos hombres eran de la “migra”. Enrique is an intelligent boy and at that very moment he realized that (realized) that those (those) two men were from the “migra”. They left the restaurant in the dumpsters area. They ran out and entered a narrow street (alley way). They ran to the end of the street.
