在 以前 ， 有 「 天 狗 」 的 傳說 。 In the past, there was a legend of "Tengu". 天 狗 ， 是 一種 動物 ， 以前 的 人 覺得 ， 日食 ， 這個 現象 ， 是 因為 天 狗 把 太陽 吃掉 了 。 Tengu is a kind of animal. People in the past thought that the phenomenon of solar eclipse was caused by the tengu ate the sun. 大家 覺得 這 是 一 件 不好 的 事情 ， 一 件 不 吉利 的 事情 。 Everyone thinks this is a bad thing, an unlucky thing. 因為 人類 做錯 事 了 ， 所以 天 狗 才 會 把 太陽 吃掉 ， 所以 日食 ， 又 叫做 「 天 狗 食 日 」。 Because humans have done something wrong, the Tengu will eat the sun, so the solar eclipse is also called the "Tengu Eclipse Day." 人間が何か悪いことをしたので、天狗は太陽を食べるので、日食は「天狗日食の日」とも呼ばれます。

那 日食 ， 又 有 很 多 不同 的 樣子 。 That solar eclipse has many different appearances. 比如 說 ， 今年 的 6 月 21 日 ， 你 可以 在 台灣 看 到 的 日食 叫做 「 日環食 」。 For example, on June 21 this year, the solar eclipse you can see in Taiwan is called the "circular solar eclipse." 什麼 是 日環食 呢 ？ What is an annular solar eclipse? 日環食 也 是 日食 的 一種 ， 當 月亮 離 地球 比較 遠 ， 不能 完全 遮住 太陽 ， 就 能 看 到 日環食 。 An annular solar eclipse is also a kind of solar eclipse. 如果 你 現在 在 台灣 ， 你 可以 在 6 月 21 日 到 嘉義 或是 雲林 看 日環食 。 If you are in Taiwan now, you can go to Chiayi or Yunlin to see the solar eclipse on June 21st. 嘉義 和 雲林 是 台灣 的 兩 個 縣 市 ， 它們 都 在 台灣 的 南部 ， 這裡 是 最佳 的 觀賞 地點 ， 也 就是 在 嘉義 和 雲林 這 兩 個 地方 ， 可以 看 到 最 美麗 的 日環食 。 Chiayi and Yunlin are two counties and cities in Taiwan. They are both in the southern part of Taiwan. Here are the best viewing spots.
