Story 26. Video Games.
My mom doesn't like video games.
One day, I had some friends over.
We were playing video games, and I was winning.
Just then, my mom walked in the room and clicked off the television.
I was so mad!
Even worse, I felt really silly in front of my friends.
Then my mom handed me a football and said, All right, you kids, outside for some fresh air.
I don't want to see you inside for at least one hour.
An hour?
It's cold outside, we all said.
Then put on your jackets and run around.
You'll warm up.
Sadly, we all went outside.
Then Jimmy threw the ball a long way and I caught it.
We chased each other around and fell in the dirt.
And we started a football game.
It was a lot of fun.
Before we knew it, two hours had passed.
That day I learned that although video games are fun, nothing compares to real fun.
