Story 30. Not Me
Eric is five years old.
He is in kindergarten.
In the middle of December, many children in his class become sick, one after another.
They cough, they sneeze, and they have a fever.
Their teacher says, You're all caught by the flu.
But Eric isn't one of them.
Why?
Eric eats well, he sleeps well, he drinks lots of water, and he washes his hands often.
The teacher says, If we were all like Eric, the flu would not have spread.
The flu stops at Eric.
