Hi! I am confused about the meaning of Bor han har here. Is the speaker asking if he lives in the army? Or is the speaker asking if he lives here? What is the proper use of har in this context?

Considering that the same lessons are available in every language, it’s a lot easier to cross-check the English version instead of getting stuck on a dictionary definition (where the “army” entry just can’t be the first one…).
