Can you please explain the sentence beginning :"Qui dit horaires..."

Can you please explain the sentence beginning :“Qui dit horaires…”

Hi,

Qui dit horaires, dit risque de manquer le passage du coche.
Literally translated:
Who is talking about the timetable, is talking about missing the carriage.

It is an expression going back to the time of the « coche » (a horse drawn carriage)
The whole text explains the meaning of the expression “Manquer ou rater le coche” which means to miss an occasion.

I hope I could help you!

Many thanks Cosmo 678 !
Isn’t it surprising how a term previously somewhat baffling - “fits into place” - when fully explained !
