My goal is to achieve a good score in IELTS speaking, my level fluctates between 6.0 and 6.5, and I’m thriving to make 7.0.
I’m not sure what form it will take, maybe either a group (every talk in turns ) or 1-1 speaking (one plays an examiner, the other fill the role as an examinee) would be feasible. I hope that it will be long-term, even after I achieve 7.0, I will be still there. I’ll not kick down the ladder after climbing it.

FYI: IELTS speaking covers a variety of topics, close to your daily life. It will force you to learn every aspect of life.
And don’t get me wrong, when I say IELTS, it isnot necessarily confined to IELTS content. However, perhaps you need something to guage your ability, hence a test. From this angle, IELTS could be a better choice.
