I imported a long word document file made up of 15k words, but only one lesson showed up. I have waited for 2 hours and nothing happen.

In some cases it takes more time for additional parts to process and appear. Can you check the same course now and let me know if everything got imported successfully?

Thanks. It got imported successfully now. I imported it again and all of the lesson are imported directly. I do not know why sometimes it is fast sometimes it is not. My internet connection is the same.

Was there a resolution to this? I tried importing several Chinese ebooks from haodoo in epub format, and it immediately loaded 1 lesson (typically the table of contents). Seeing the advice to wait awhile for it to process, I’ve waited a week, but there are still no additional lessons for the books I imported.

I found a resolution for my own use case. Instead of importing a .epub file, I used calibre to convert it to a .txt file. That txt file uploaded the full book within 10-15 seconds
