Is there a way to turn off streaks on Lingq?

Hi all. I’m really enjoying using Lingq and finding it an excellent resource to improve my languages, however I find the notion of streaks kinda annoying. Is there any way I can turn off these streaks/streak notifications? I’m not really interested in streaks or rigid spaced repetition - I’m more relaxed about my language learning than that (although I’m still committed and still take it seriously).

Thanks.

Settings → Notifications and then uncheck everything you don’t want.

Streak reminder is on the very bottom of the page.

You can’t turn off streaks but you can turn off notifications in the settings.

Love streaks, hate notifications.

I already have all notifications turned of, though I still get a pop up telling me I broke my streak. I don’t care about my streak. The constant attention towards it only discourages. Especially when I have a high streak. I shouldn’t care about it being broken but I somehow do a little. So I’m better of without the function.

The LingQ team doesn’t care. Some of us have been complaining for months (years?) about all the popups and notifications, but we keep getting all those “helpful” hints.

I thought I had turned it off, and just a while ago “pop!” and it was back. They drive me crazy!!! When one works on 5 languages at the same time, it is not possible to get to all of them every day. PLEASE GET RID OF THE POP UPS!!! I have no need for them. There are mostly adults here, and that means they all are motivated enough to do fine without those “encouraging” pop ups.
