Why is を used

I don’t understand why it is チューター を 話す instead of チューター と 話す
Can anyone explain?

I agree を in this context is really strange, as it is talking aobut “talk with a tutor”. It should be と as you say.
I can’t imaging any other reason than an error.
Hopefully the lesson administrator will see this and correct it.

This is a typo.
チューターと話す is collect.
I have just fixed it.
