How come there is no romaji?

I’m struggling to understand how this works? how are you meant to lean without romaji to learn how to pronounce the characters?
I simply don’t understand.
can you please help me?

Thanks

Have you listened to the audio? That might give you a hint.

@astro750 - It would be good to learn how to read Hiragana. This shouldn’t take very long, and will help you greatly in studying Japanese. Some of the dictionaries available on LingQ will also display Romaji, and you are welcome to add these to the hint fields when saving a LingQ. If you have any further questions please let us know!

Thanks for your help!!!
Where are the dictionaries?
Do I need to learn Kanji and katakana?

Thanks

@astro750 - Dictionaries will show up when you click on “Search dictionary” in the dashboard. Learn more about creating LingQs here: - YouTube

Thank you so much!!!
Japanese is really hard so if i need your help ill post here

@astro750 - Sounds good; best of luck to you!

Do you have any tips for learning Hiragana? I’ve got the script and notes but I’m still struggling.
Thanks alex

@astro750 - Practice makes perfect  I learned Hiragana a few years ago, and found that some were easier than others to remember. It shouldn’t take too long though, and reading through texts to practice your Hiragana is probably not a bad idea either!

@astro750 - I found this site really helpful - Hiragana Katakana. Scroll down to ‘Hiragana Katakana self-learning materials’. Youtube’s great, but this has all you need at your fingertips.

Here are my old posts in Open Forum in Japanese.
