What does "bien cendrillon" mean?

This is an extract from a letter Napoleon wrote to Josephine. He is being very critical of her here.

“Je ne t’aime plus du tout ; au contraire, je te déteste. Tu es une vilaine, bien gauche, bien bête, bien cendrillon.”

What does “bien cendrillon” mean? The closest I could find is that it was something to do with Cinderella, the fairy tale princess.

Une cendrillon is a girl who does all the most unpleasant and hard work, like you can see in the character of Cenderella. So I suppose he wants to say she looks like a poor girl who isn’t respected, or something like that.
