undub means to eliminate the original dub.
Let’s say I make a movie. The people in the movie are all speaking German. The audience that will see the movie doesn’t understand German, so I delete the original sound track and replace it with THE VOICES of actors speaking in English. That is called cubbing the movie. When a movie is dubbed if you watch the lips of the actors you will notice that the voices that you hear and saing words that do not match the lip motion of the actors. To “undub” means to get rid of the dubbing and to go back to the original sound track with the origianl voices in the original language.
