Korean Audio Books?

Was anyone able to download ( legally) Korean audiobooks with transcripts? If so , Care to share your source and or the files? Which audiobooks/transcripts do you have?

I know about the Korean audio book website:

But you need to sign up and pay for most books. Also as far as I’m aware of , they don’t come with transcripts…

I’m a bit jealous of other languages having tonnes of audiobooks/transcripts available.

I’ve looked in the past and have had very little luck. It might be worthwhile asking a Korean, cause I know that I for one have trouble knowing what to look for when searching.

MyKoreanStore.com, a TalkToMeInKorean production, has audiobooks priced as low as $1.99. You can sample the first page(s) + mp3 free.

acquiringkorean.wordpress.com has several video/audio with transcripts.

Yvette, thanks for the links! Like all of you, I’ve had trouble finding these sort of resources, so this helps a lot.

Another place with video/audio with transcripts is www.ytn.co.kr. The only issue is that the transcripts/news articles have a lot of hyperlinks, so it’s a bit weird when you try to import them here.

David, I just checked out the site; this is an awesome resource! Thank you so much!

I’m glad you liked the resources I put on my blog. I’ll try continue adding more as well!

Here is also a Korean diary with audio – http://audioboo.fm/bangbang.

Anno, your blog is great! I’ll have to check out this new link you posted. Thanks a bunch!

thanks so much <3
