Question regarding the uses of '' 的 ''

I was wondering if ‘’ 的 / 的に ‘’ could be used with basicly anything or if some rules were regulating its use.

For instance, instead of 観光客にとって、何の場所は人気があるでしょうか。
Is it correct to say something like that : 観光客的に、何の場所は人気があるでしょうか。

“観光客に(とって)人気のある場所” is okay.
“観光客的に人気のある場所” is strange.
“観光的に成功している場所” is okay.
