A gentle suggestion, it would be so helpful if you persist the last used playback speed or alternatively allow the setting of a playback speed for a playlist.

It's more than a time-saver because I like to keep the phone in my pocket when I am listening to a playlist and if the playback speed is changing then I have to take it out of my pocket on each lesson change and set it again.
