A: You guys should leave. My mom doesn’t like when anybody’s in her room. It’s better not to get her upset. I won’t tell her you were here if you don’t.
B: Oh, no, we’re not saying shit.

Question: Is it okay to say " I won’t tell her you ARE here if you WON"T "?

No, ARE is in the present, WERE is in the past. When she says “were here” it implies that person would be gone by the time she would be telling someone about it.
