I can’t understand this sentence. I’m reading it as “One of those that more I had liked about Europe”… I’m so confused. Is it like, One of the things I liked most about Europe? I’m just not sure. Thanks!

One of the things I liked most about Europe? I think that is a correct translation. But what does “uno” and “los” refer to? We should know that in order to correctly interpret the sentence!

The context is needed to know exactly what ‘los’ is referring to. Let’s say, as an example, it’s ‘castles’:
“One of the castles (represented by ‘los’ here) that I liked most from Europe.”
So to use ‘los’ it would probably follow something like:
“Durante mi viaje, he decidido irme a visitar tantos castillos que pueda… Windsor Castle, en inglaterra, es uno de los que más me han gustado de Europa.”
FWIW, it isn’t ‘things’ as that would be either ‘cosas,’ or ‘las’ if ‘cosas’ has already been established as the subject of the sentence.
So you know it’s a masculine word because it’s ‘los,’ which is why I used castles as the example because ‘castillo’ is a masculine noun.
I’m only an intermediate in Spanish so hopefully someone of an advanced level, ideally a native speaker, can confirm/refute this.
