O Bruno estava a caminhar na rua com o seu amigo e disse:

- Nothing against people having dogs, but they should be on a leash.
– 没有什么反对人们养狗，但他们应该有皮带。
– Ao longo dos anos os donos de cães têm-se tornado mais irresponsáveis.
- Im Laufe der Jahre sind die Hundebesitzer immer verantwortungsloser geworden.
- Over the years dog owners have become more irresponsible.
– 多年来，狗主人变得更加不负责任。
– Neste caso, o cão é bem comportado e por isso não usa trela.
- In this case, the dog is well behaved and therefore does not use a leash.
– 在这种情况下，狗表现良好，因此不使用皮带。
– Outros cães, não são bem comportados, mas no fundo, são bons bichos.
- Andere Hunde sind nicht gut erzogen, aber im Grunde sind sie gute Tiere.
- Other dogs are not well behaved, but deep down they are good animals.

– Por isso a regra acaba por não ser imposta.
- Aus diesem Grund wird die Regel nicht durchgesetzt.
- So the rule ends up not being enforced.
