No option to cancel account appears on Accounts page
Wasted 13 Dollars thanks to this. What a disgusting way to make your customers have to cancel their subscription.
Please note that subscription cancellation and account cancellation are two different things. Option to cancel account completely only appears to Free users. Premium users can't cancel account, they need to cancel subscription first, and it can be done on the same page, but you need to click on downgrade account button.
Anyway, I checked your account and I have cancelled your subscription manually. Your account will drop to Free level after your current paid month expire.
I have the same problem. I thought I cancelled about 2 months ago. Every month it says "changing to FREE on...", but Lingq is still billing me! I find it difficult to trust a company, that makes it hard to terminate the contract!

Please just let us know how to cancel Premium. I wanted to come back after a certain time but I hesitate to do it because of such unclear procedures of just changing subscription status.
You can cancel on the Account Settings page, you will find "Change Plan" option there where you can downgrade your account.
Please note that there is a difference between CANCEL ACCOUNT and CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Only Free users can cancel account and have that option available, while Premium users needs to cancel subscription first before they can cancel account.
Thank you for the reply. Yes, I did went to the Account setting and Change Plan, Then it says I have to go to Google Play or ITune. I tried both and followed the instructions, I could never reach to the point of cancellation.... Please give me precise instructions. I need to cancel because I am not able to find time to study now. I want to come back later.
You are subscribed to LingQ Premium membership via the iOS app and iTunes. To cancel subscription, please login to your iTunes account and cancel it there.
