Subscription error

My subscription lasts from sept18 last year to sept 18 this year since i got the 12 month one. Problem is that lingq lists the next payment being july 18. Could someone fix this?

Sorry about that, the date on your account was wrong but renewal date in our system was fine. I fixed it and you should also see correct date now.

When it comes to cancelling subscription or problems with the next payment dates ? Should not the whole process be straight forward and streamlined? Thanks
