Does anyone know if there are plans to add Lithuanian or any resources similar to Lingq that you know of that do have it?
And Samogitian please.
How about catalan? Will it be sometimes added?

For all of these languages it largely depends on the initiative of users qualified to create the essential minimal amount of learning material. See New Languages on LingQ
In my time at Lingq I’ve seen a few new languages become supported. It’s definitely possible, but requires passionate users to jump-start it. I don’t know whether there is any work being done on any of the above requested languages.

It all depends on content. If we have enough content, we are glad to add any language. Next in line is Farsi, it will be added within next 15-20 days, then we will see which languages will come next.
