Hi I was wondering the difference in greek between "Κι εμένα." and "και εγώ" I've seen them both used as "me too" but I can't figure out what the difference is? any help appreciated!

To add to what Athens said, the difference is between whether you’re the subject (εγώ) or the object (εμένα) of the phrase.

So if you’re saying I’m hungry too, it’s κάι εγω (πεινἀω)

but if it’s He yelled at me too, it’s κι εμἐνα.

Does that help?
