Video "Learning Arabic" lessons from al-Jazeera - any way to import?

Does anyone know if there is a way to import the video lessons from al-Jazeera’s “Learning Arabic” into LingQ? This is one of the only audio/video Arabic resources online that has corresponding transcripts, and I’d like to keep track of my listening, in addition to reading. The only (convoluted) method I have created is this:

  1. I manually create the lesson in LingQ by pasting in the text of the al-Jazeera-provided transcript from their lesson page.
  2. I play the video on my laptop while holding my phone up to the computer speaker to record the audio (only records in m4a format).
  3. I email the m4a file to myself.
  4. I open the m4a file on my laptop.
  5. I use a website to convert the m4a file to an mp3 file (https://cloudconvert.com/) and save it on my laptop.
  6. I manually attach the audio to the lesson.

Is there a better, more efficient way?

It might be better to use the option to download the video to your computer, then use a MP4 to MP3 service to extract the audio from the video.

Ah! I just noticed the download button pops up at the bottom of the video when you hover over it when it’s playing. Thanks!
