Requesting a Refund

I been off lingq for a few months now and recently updated a few days ago. For me the website is noticeably slower and I have to click multiple times to move a word to known or move them from 2 to 3. Sometimes it's unresponsive in general using the desktop version. I already cancelled the subscription and would like the money back.
