Nested headings and navigator (content) in courses

Hi,
I have a suggestion. Could you make possible for a user to create a hierarchical structure of headings in a course like in a document or a book and display it in the course as a “course content” or navigator? A user could click on any heading in the content navigator and it would get him into the chapter he needs. No need for scrolling down through the long course, simply clicking on a chapter in the navigator.

I mean something like this

PART I
Chapter I
Subchapter A
Subchapter B
Chapter II
Subchapter A
PART II
Chapter I
Subchapter A
Subchapter B
Subchapter C
Chapter II
Subchapter A
Chapter III
Subchapter A
