Requesting a Refund

I been off lingq for a few months now and recently updated a few days ago. For me the website is noticeably slower and I have to click multiple times to move a word to known or move them from 2 to 3. Sometimes it’s unresponsive in general using the desktop version. I already cancelled the subscription and would like the money back.

That seems very strange. The site seems fast to me and the vast majority of users. Our stats show page load times are faster if anything. Could you have an extension installed in your browser that is interfering with the page?

No not that I know off, it could be my internet. I’ll just cancel temporary until I get a new provider.
