No, no coins are earned for manually added time.
Not unless you import a lesson (podcast, YouTube video, etc.), then manually press + on times read.
Oh man 
I add so much of my time manually, I very rarely listen to audio through LingQ.
Coins are pretty useless anyways. They only keep your streak.
