I know where it’s gotten us

A: You asked me to negotiate.
B: I know what I’ve done. And I know where it’s gotten us.

Question: I don’t really understand the meaning of the last sentence, I know “where it’s gotten us”.
What does “get” mean in this situation?
Thank you!!!

It means “I know where this has led us to.” He is basically aware of the consequences/impact of his actions.

to get can mean to arrive at place or to cause to arrive at a place. “I got home late last night.” “The taxi got me home?”

“where it got us” means the place (where) that my negotiation (it) caused us to arrive to (got us). In this case, where is probably not a place, but a situation.
