Should okonatte be itte instead?
In this case, it should be “itte”（いって）.
行く（いく・iku）is used for “to go.”
行う （おこなう・okonau）is used for “to carry out” or “to do.”
You will find quite a few mistakes like this in the furigana. The furigana is probably auto-generated, so it does not always select the correct reading. If you need to use the furigana, I suggest you always compare it to the audio.
