When I go to the vocabulary page it says I have no Lingqs, but when I try to add a Lingq it says I have 20 and I have to upgrade to get more. So i’m stuck in an endless loop. Can anyone tell me how to find and delete these “Phantom Lingqs”?
Did you maybe already deleted your previously created LingQs? Free accounts are limited to 20 LingQs they can create, and removing previously created LingQs won’t allow you to create new LingQs instead.
Ah … thank you. So I guess that’s the end of my investigation of this product.
Guess the investigation is complete – but the product is very much worth the purchase. Creating transcripts from audio alone is worth its weight in gold.
