I can't find the Cancel Account button
Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription and stop paying but I can't find any place where to do it. Can someone explain to me how I can do it?
@AlessioDawkins You are subscribed to LingQ Premium membership via the iOS app and Apple Store. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Apple Store account and cancel it there.

@zoran, I was scheduled to go to "free" account on 9/18/2022, and was billed again. I do not see the option to cancel but it says I am extended to 2023, I need it canceled and refunded. Myoon24. Please and thank you.

Sorry to hear you're looking to cancel.
In order to cancel/delete your account completely you must first downgrade. Click the "Change plan" button on the page (https://www.lingq.com/settings/#account), change your plan to free, and then the "Delete your account" button will be visible on the same page.
If you want to cancel your subscription only, but keep account active, just cancel subscription and that's it.
Why do you deliberately hide/obfuscate this and make it difficult? This alone is enough to make me want to cancel.
We will try to simplify the downgrade process in the upcoming update. Until then, just keep in mind that the Delete Account and Cancel subscription are two different things.
Delete Account option is available to FREE users only, while PREMIUM users first need to cancel subscription under the "Change Plan" and after their account drops to Free, they will see the Delete Account button too.
Not so simple. when i try to downgrade i have to jump through several hoops, ending up at "delete imported/unshared lessons", which i am somehow unable to do. So I can't get to the Free account level where I can see the delete/cancel account. PLEASE either drop me to free or cancel my account IMMEDIATELY, or I will have to block any further payments to you from my credit card.
