How can I cancel my subscription?

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you plz tell me how can I cancel my subscription? I couldn’t find the “cancel” button.

What’s more, could you plz tell me if I want to delete my account, how can i do it ?

Any feedback you can give me on this would be greatly appreciated.

Your subscription is now canceled and your account will drop to the Free plan after your current paid period expires.

Hi @zoran,
Sorry that it seems you have to take care of all these requests manually, but I also need to ask you to do the same for my account.
I cancelled the subscription through mobile but now it’s somehow charged for a year premium plan (which I don’t remember at all that I upgraded to).
Could you please cancel the subscription and refund?

Hi @zoran, thanks for your reply. I didn’t know that I can even change the name for Forum and LingQ… My LingQ account is “Sphayuri”. I hope this helps.
