Annual payment automatically went through but I'm not using the program

Hi Lingq. I signed up a year ago and frankly haven’t used the LIngq program very much.

I just got auto paid a large amount for the next year and don’t remember seeing a reminder. I’m sure you sent one and I’m sure it was in the small print when I registered,. Nonetheless, I don’t want to pay for it as I just wasn’t using it much or getting much out of it.

I’m hoping I can easily cancel the order/transaction?

I’m not saying the program isn’t effective or that I won’t return to it at some point, but even the most basic stuff seemed too advanced for me and I wasn’t getting use of it.

I had this happen a few years ago when I had to take a break and the folks at LingQ were very gracious and refunded, as I see they have done for you as well.
