Poor grammar. “I’d” is “I would”. There is a missing word “have”:
I would never have thought that your’re over fifty.
You might hear this expressed with a double abbreviation in casual speech:
I’d 've never thought…
Might be pronounced quickly more like:
I’da never thought…
It is grammatically incorrect but is sometimes said in casual conversation because “I’d have” takes more effort to say
