Upgrade to Premium?

What’s that supposed to mean, please? I’ve been a premium member since February 6th and paid €107.88 for it, and now I’m suddenly supposed to upgrade to “Premium”. Now there are 2 options: Either you give me back my premium status (which I would prefer) or you pay me back my money.

Immediately after I sent the message I checked again and everything seems to be fine now. Sorry for my rude tone, but I was really upset when I read that.
Does this have anything to do with the fact that nothing worked at all a few hours ago?
