As you can see from the screenshot, items I’ve already purchased are showing up as “locked” when they should have a check mark next to them. Would it be possible to fix this?

It’s a glitch that happens to me from time to time, too. Don’t worry, you haven’t lost your ‘purchase’. Annoying I know, but it does fix itself within a few hours or within a day or so at most.
PS. Your statistics in Japanese are impressive! I didn’t even know there was an ‘Advanced 3’ level
