I'm sure this is not exactly what you're looking for but you should be able to add "google images" as one of your dictionaries. Then when you click the word you can use it to look up pictures for that word. Probably really only useful for nouns, but I've definitely used it...mostly for looking up what a specific dish from a country that might appear in my lesson that I can't exactly picture.

Unfortunately you can't save the picture as part of your lingq'ed word.
