A warning for those watching foreign movies on streaming services for NON-native speakers.
The reason you have that is that the voice localisation and the subtitles are usually produced by two different companies that don't talk with each other. At least this is why movies and series which are not in the original language have these differences.
Why would the dub company even need to talk with the subtitle company? A translation imo, is meant to be different than a dub as for the latter you're trying to fit the intent of the speech in as concise a manner as you can for the time. For subs you have no such restraints as it's just text.
