Hello, I am reading this sentence and just want to check if I got it right :
一日中ずっと歩き回るわけでもないし，座りっぱなしでもないというのがすごく理想的だなと感じています。
Is this saying " it’s not that I am walking around all day and not that i’m not sitting all day, but i feel it is very ideal ? "

“I feel it’s very ideal not to walk around all day or sit all the time(all day).” is my take on it.
