Nataliya and I talked about her business today.
We discussed one issue in particular that she has recently experienced.
Her client was trying to pay for their stay that they booked through Booking.
com and she had a hard time communicating with them.
I am not sure that I helped her solve that issue, but just talking about it will give her a bit more comfort the next time that she has this happen.
I encouraged her to write out some scripts in English for requests that she gets often.
We will talk about each of them so that she expands her ability to reply and gains more confidence.
While she cannot predict these requests, having these scripts will help her feel more prepared.
