Is there a way to avoid seeing these numbers that appear on many lessons on some course?
Is there a setting to avoid seeing them?

It’s not possible I am afraid, if they exist as part of lesson text. Obviously in that lesson you took a screenshot in, lesson provider have timestamps added as part of lesson text. He will need to go through and edit the text.
