Cannot import with youtube

Hello, for the past few days I have not been able to import lessons with YouTube, it systematically gives me the error message. I use an iPhone 8 Plus and an iPad Pro 11.

yet I uninstalled and reinstalled the application and also changed device

Can you please provide URL for one of the videos you were unable to import? Are you sure that the subtitles are available in your study language?
