Summary: Train yourself to read for both short periods and long periods. Not everyone has time to sit down for 2 hours, which is why it’s good to be able to pick up something light to read when you’re at a bus stop, waiting for a friend, etc.
For short periods, read something that isn’t too difficult. For long periods, read something that challenges you.
